HOTEL ROOMS: You will need to book your hotel room by, January 14, 2026 , in order to receive the SecureRisk rate. There are no extensions on booking.

Registration Pricing:

Agents: $150 per attendee

Agent Spouse/Guest: $100 per attendee

Agent Benefits Forum: $75 per attendee (If you are ONLY attending the meeting Wednesday please select this option)

Partner Round Tables: $1150 includes 2 attendees. (Max 2 tables)

Additional Partners: $525 per attendee 


Wednesday February 4, 2026: 

We will open the meeting with our Members only content. We hope that all members will attend this Wednesday afternoon session to hear all of the important information that SecureRisk has to share.

We will also hold our first ever Benefits Forum. Member Agency Benefits Associates are invited to network and hear from preferred benefits partners and pertinent industry speakers. We hope our agencies with Benefits practices will send a representative for this Wednesday afternoon forum. Those attending the Benefits Forum are encouraged to attend the entire SecureRisk Annual Meeting. 

The Members Meeting and Benefits Forum will be followed by a Welcome Reception for our members and partners.

Thursday February 5, 2026:

We will begin Thursday morning with our General Session followed by a members only breakout session. We will finish the day with our roundtable networking session with our carrier, broker, and vendor partners. On Thursday afternoon, we will hold our cocktail reception during the second half of the Roundtable Networking. We will adjourn for agents to attend Dinners on the Town with partners. We invite all attendees to join us after dinner at Savannah Smiles from 8 - 10 PM for Dueling Piano festivities.

Friday February 6, 2026:

On Friday morning, partners are welcomed to join for breakfast. Following breakfast, SecureRisk Members will gather to conclude our member only meeting. We will adjourn by 10:30 AM so everyone can make it home for the weekend.
